Megan Seitz Clinton

Megan Seitz Clinton is dedicated to providing exceptional, responsive and personalized service to her clients. For the fifteen years prior to joining the firm in 2019, she practiced for several boutique real estate and corporate law firms in New York City and Florida. Megan concentrates her practice on the representation of individuals, privately held businesses, and lenders in real estate and corporate transactions, including the purchase and sale of real estate, financing, leasing, business entity formation, and general corporate law. In addition to her legal background, Megan is licensed by the Ohio Department of Insurance as a Title Insurance Agent.

An Ottawa native and graduate of Ottawa-Glandorf High School, Megan lives with her husband Corry and their two children in Ottawa. She is delighted to live and practice law in the community in which she grew up. Megan is active in the community as a member of the cultural affairs committee for the Village of Ottawa and serves as Treasurer of the Riley Creek United Methodist Church. Outside the office, she can be found spending time with her family, attending her children’s various activities and events, and fussing over her garden.
