Megan Seitz Clinton
Megan Seitz Clinton graduated from Ottawa-Glandorf High School in 1998. She received her B.S. in Natural Sciences from the University of Akron in 2001 and her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2003. She has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 2004, to the New York Bar since 2007, and to the Connecticut Bar since 2008. Megan is also a licensed Title Insurance Agent through the Ohio Department of Insurance. Her admission to the Ohio Bar is pending. Prior to joining Schroeder Blankemeyer and Schroeder LLP in July 2019, Megan co-founded and managed a boutique transactional real estate law firm in New York City.
Megan concentrates her practice primarily on the representation of individuals, lenders and privately held businesses in relation to real estate and corporate transactions, including the purchase and sale of real estate, financing, leasing, business entity formation and general corporate law. She is dedicated to providing exceptional, responsive, and personalized service to her clients and to developing and maintaining relationships that long outlast any one transaction.
Megan, her husband, Corry, and their two children reside in Ottawa, Ohio.
